Emma Sage

Emma Sage just graduated from the STEMTeach KU program with a certification in secondary math, had a semester long student teaching experience at Mill Valley High School and will be teaching at Lawrence High School beginning this fall. She is most excited to learn about the innovation happening at KU and bringing that to secondary classrooms to get students excited about engineering.

Emma is working with Nicholas Gorschak in the Morais Research Group focusing on Using CO2 to improve turning waste plastic into liquid fuels.
